Who we are

Centralised Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (registration 2020/656133/07) is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

This website has no contact forms, no analytics and no tracking cookies. We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us: by email, telephone or WhatsApp, or by booking a call. That is usually your name, contact details and anything you tell us about your business.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and for any business discussion that follows. Where a discussion involves other people in our group, we share only what is needed for that discussion. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Service providers

The website, email and booking calendar are run on reputable third-party platforms, some of which store information outside South Africa under their own privacy and security safeguards. Web fonts on this site are loaded from Google, which receives your browser's technical details when a page loads. The booking page is operated by Google under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose you shared it for, or as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing marc@centralised.co.za. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at inforegulator.org.za.
