Our model combines local knowledge and relationships with central administrative capability, established processes and proven systems.

CBS is part of a group of property companies under the same ownership and management, operating since 2003. Run from a central office, the group manages 73 sectional title schemes comprising more than 3,000 units, over 1,200 long-term rentals and 115 short-term rental properties, alongside its estate agency operations.

We work with operators to find where support makes a genuine difference: taking on selected administrative functions, supporting an existing rental or scheme operation, or exploring the acquisition of an established business.

Marc is the first point of contact at CBS for agencies, property managers, independent agents and owners thinking about selling. He brings more than 25 years of international business experience across South Africa, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and France, and 16 years in the property industry. In that time he has managed an international franchise office and been principal of a large independent brokerage.

He has built and sold an outsourced business-services company, led large agent teams, set up a dedicated business-services division and advised on over a hundred business sales. So he understands the daily pressure of running a property business, and what well-structured central support can take off your plate.

Marc's role is to understand your business, explore where CBS can help, and bring in the right specialists from across the group's administration, finance, compliance and operations teams as the conversation develops. Every conversation is confidential.
